*MENGGUNAKAN & MERAWAT DIGI SCHMIDT 2000*

*Penyetelan :*

1. Sambungkan kabel antara hammer dengan display.
2. Tekan tombol ON/OFF, jika layar tidak menyala, segera cek dan ganti
baterei.
3. Tekan tombol MENU, tekan panah atas atau bawah untuk memilih, klik
tombol START untuk OK

a. Impact direction, arah pengetesan vertical ke atas / ke bawah,
horizontal, miring diagonal.
b. Mean value, penentuan statistik nilai rata-rata dan median.
c. Measure Series No, pengelompokan nomer / nama area pengetesan.
d. Conversion, penentuan satuan dan kurva.
e. Corections, koefisien koreksi bentuk dan umur beton.
f. Display Range, jumlah pengetesan yang diinginkan.
g. Limit values, nilai impact (R) yang ingin dibaca
h. Language, pilihan bahasa
i. Date Time : setting tanggal waktu
j. Data output : memindah dan menghapus data.

*Pengukuran / Pengetesan :*

1. Gunakan batu hijau untuk meratakan permukaan tembok yang akan dites /
di-impact.
2. Tekan hammer tegak lurus pada tembok yang di-impact.
3. Pindah antara satu titik pengetesan ke titik yang lain minimal 2 cm,
jangan pernah meng-impact pada titik yang sama.

*Memindah Hasil Pengukuran ke Komputer :*

1. Install program ProVista_Setup_V_2_5_2.exe ke komputer. Ingat :
jangan menyambungkan kabel data antara unit dengan computer sebelum
di-install program tersebut.
2. Sambungkan kabel RS 232 antara unit display dengan computer.
3. Tekan MENU – Data OutPut – Tranfer to PC.

*Cara Merawat :*

1. Bersihkan alat dari debu sebelum dan setelah pemakaian dengan lap
atau hembusan udara.
2. Lakukan penyesuaian pada anvil / standar tiap 1000 impact atau 3
bulan sekali.
3. Copot baterei bila tidak digunakan dalam jangka waktu lama.
