TCK Wire rope Non-destructive & Quantitative Flaw Detector adopts
unique Dou’s Sensor and Weak Magnetic Inspection Technology, realizes
the functions of antiinterference of fidelity, automatic calibrating,
self-test, self-unlock and quantitative intelligent inspection.
TCK configured with State-diagnosing Module, Digitization Module,
“Eagle Eye” Inspection Module, ensure a excellent inspection
performance and convenient operation, as well as the accurate
evaluation on LMA caused by various flaws like internal/external wire
breakage, abrasion, corrosion, fatigue and press, and therefore,
correct determination on residual bearing capacity and safety
evaluation on wire rope.
Weight of all TCK BX series defectoscope are less than 1.8 kg; unique
open-close mechanism and friendly interface make operation convenient;
Testing sensitivity can reach as high as 5V/G (5 Volt electrical
signal output per changes on Gauss level), LMA uncertainty Structure and component

• Open-close mechanism used for onloading instrument and unloading
from wire rope in emergency; wear resistance sleeve stabilizes the

  1. Sore Pak Bahtiar,

    Saya baru menggunakan elcometer 456.
    Saat kalibrasi saya sudah ikuti sesuai petunjuk pada layar monitor.
    & sudah saya seting sesuai Thikness foil yg sebagai media kalibrasi.

    Namun tetap selalu menunjuk “0.0” terus walaupun sudah di seting sesuai ketebalan foil.
